Journaling prompts for an everyday check-in
Pick one question, write a few lines, and stop when you have said what you wanted to say.
Create a free accountStart with what happened
Describe one moment from today without trying to explain your whole life. What happened? What did you notice? What part would you like to remember? A sentence is enough.
Name what you need
What used more energy than you expected? What made one task easier? What would make tomorrow feel a little more manageable? You can leave a question unanswered.
Notice a small win
What did you do even though it was difficult? Who or what helped? What would you say to a friend who had taken the same step?
Plan one next step
What is one action within your control? When could you try it? What would a smaller version look like on a busy day? Keep the action specific and realistic.
Choose your own pace
These are general reflection prompts, not a clinical exercise or a substitute for care. Skip any question that feels unhelpful. You do not need to disclose painful experiences or write for a fixed amount of time. If you use AI reflection, check the plan and privacy information first.
Keep the record useful
Date the entry if you want to revisit it later. In a weekly review, look for observations you want to explore rather than grading your writing. Use your own words and record only what you are comfortable storing.
