1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CoreForge Mind (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Purpose of CoreForge Mind
CoreForge Mind is intended to provide general wellness, self-reflection, journaling, organizational, educational, mindfulness, and related informational functionality.
3. Not medical care
CoreForge Mind is not a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, emergency service, or other licensed healthcare professional.
Unless a specific feature is expressly identified as being provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional, CoreForge Mind does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
AI-generated responses are not medical advice.
4. Do not delay professional care
Users should not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking qualified professional healthcare because of information generated by CoreForge Mind.
5. Emergencies
CoreForge Mind is not an emergency service.
A user experiencing an emergency, immediate danger, or risk of harm should contact appropriate local emergency services.
In the United States, emergency assistance may be obtained by calling 911. The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 by calling or texting 988.
6. AI limitations
AI may:
- misunderstand context;
- fail to identify emergencies;
- generate incorrect information;
- overlook important symptoms;
- produce unsuitable recommendations; or
- misinterpret user statements.
Users must not rely upon CoreForge Mind as their sole source of support during an emergency.
7. Wellness information
Users may voluntarily provide sensitive information through journals, mood tracking, AI conversations, or similar functionality.
Creator CoreForge will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific privacy notice.
8. HIPAA
CoreForge Mind does not claim to be “HIPAA compliant” solely because it uses encryption or other security measures. HIPAA applicability depends upon the entities, relationships, data flows, contracts, and functionality involved.
Where Creator CoreForge acts as a Business Associate for a HIPAA-covered entity, an appropriate Business Associate Agreement and applicable safeguards must be implemented.
9. Minimum age and minor users
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account or use CoreForge Mind, and you must provide your date of birth when you register. Individuals under the age of thirteen may not create an account or use CoreForge Mind. If you are between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17), you may use CoreForge Mind only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and topics rated for adults (for example, sexual health) are not available to you.
CoreForge Mind is a wellness and informational technology service and is not a substitute for professional medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
CoreForge Mind may implement age-assurance, parental-consent, guardian-verification, or other measures when required by applicable law.
Rights concerning a minor user’s information, including parental or guardian access, deletion, consent, confidentiality, and control of information, will be determined in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
10. User responsibility
CoreForge Mind is designed to supplement—not replace—appropriate human judgment and professional care.
11. Your content & conduct
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. In community spaces, you agree not to harass, spam, impersonate, or post harmful content; we may moderate, mute, or remove accounts that violate these rules.
12. Subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment processor on the terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
12a. In-app subscriptions (iOS & Android)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the respective store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device’s account settings (Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
13. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
14. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service over time; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile.
