Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CoreForge Mind ("we", "us") provides digital wellness tools spanning mental, physical, and sexual health. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — email, display name, date of birth (required at registration, used to apply age settings), and optionally gender, used to personalize age-appropriate content.
• Wellness data you enter — mood, journal entries, sleep, habits, goals, medications, meditation and movement sessions, and (for adults) pelvic-floor sessions.
• AI coach content — messages you send the coach, and facts you explicitly ask it to remember.
• Connected sources — data you choose to sync from wearables/health apps (e.g. Apple Health, Oura, Fitbit).
• Technical data — logs and usage needed to operate and secure the service.
• Product analytics — anonymous usage events (for example, that a screen was opened or a practice was completed) that help us understand which features are useful. These events never include your journal or coach text, mood or health values, or other wellness content. Analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Privacy settings.

3. How we use it

To provide the features you use, generate personalized insights and recommendations, keep the service safe (including crisis-support prompts), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (e.g. our database/hosting, AI and product-analytics providers) under contract, when you direct us to, or when required by law.

5. Your choices & rights

• Export — download your data as JSON from your profile.
• Delete — permanently delete your account and associated data in Settings → Privacy Center. See our account deletion instructions and email request option.
• AI memory — turn off or clear the facts the coach remembers at any time.
• Analytics — turn off anonymous usage analytics in Privacy settings; nothing further is sent once it is off.
• Depending on your region, you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection).

6. Security & retention

Access to your records is restricted by per-user access controls. We retain your data while your account is active and delete it on request. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

7. Minor users

CoreForge Mind is not available to children under thirteen (13). We ask for your date of birth at registration and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Users aged 13 to 17 receive an age-appropriate experience in which topics rated for adults are hidden, and we use their date of birth only to apply those age settings. We do not engage in targeted advertising directed at minors, sell minor users' data, or use minor users' data for behavioral advertising or profiling.

8. AI processing disclosure

CoreForge Mind uses third-party AI services to power the coach, journal reflection, and other intelligent features. When you use these features, relevant portions of your conversation or journal content are sent to these AI providers for processing:

• OpenAI — processes online AI Coach conversations and the context needed for replies. OpenAI also creates text embeddings for semantic search.
• Anthropic (Claude), OpenRouter, and OpenAI — other AI features, including journal reflection, use the configured provider and available fallbacks.

Your wellness data is sent only when you actively use an AI feature, and only what that feature needs — it is not shared in bulk. You can turn off AI memory at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data.

9. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we initiate permanent removal of your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement. Backup copies are purged within 90 days of account deletion.

CoreForge Mind supports well-being but does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line (in the U.S., call or text 988).
