CoreForge™ Mind

Account deletion

Delete your CoreForge Mind account and associated personal data. CoreForge Mind uses your shared Creator CoreForge™ account; this is account deletion, not just removing the app from your phone.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Open CoreForge Mind and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings from Profile or Explore, then open Privacy / Privacy Center (Privacy & Data).
  3. Choose Delete Account or Delete My Account. Read the warning and complete the confirmation shown in your app.
  4. If these options are not available in your app version, use the website steps or email request below.

Request deletion on the website

  1. Sign in at coreforgemind.com with your Creator CoreForge account.
  2. Open the account menu → Settings → Privacy Center, or open Privacy settings.
  3. Optionally choose Export My Data to download a copy before deletion.
  4. Choose Delete My Account, type DELETE, then choose Confirm Delete and accept the final permanent-deletion warning.

Alternatively, Settings → Delete Account asks for two confirmations. Deletion cannot be undone. You will be signed out when the deletion process succeeds. If an error appears, retry or contact support; do not assume the request succeeded.

Request deletion by email — no sign-in required

Send an email from the email address associated with your account to support@coreforgemind.com with the subject “CoreForge Mind account deletion request”. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.

Never send your password, verification codes or payment details. If you cannot access your account email, contact support to discuss identity verification. Opening this page or an email draft does not itself submit or complete deletion.

What is deleted

Account deletion requests removal of your account and its linked personal records, including:

  • Your account profile and preferences; mood check-ins, journals and assessments.
  • AI coach conversations and saved memory; safety plans, medications, habits, goals, sleep and gratitude logs.
  • Connected health and wearable records; audio and program progress, favourites, plans and feedback.

The website also clears account-linked local drafts, chat history, offline copies and queued changes on the device used for deletion. Copies you exported yourself and data held by a connected health provider are not deleted by deleting your CoreForge Mind account. Remove those separately; review connected-app permissions on your devices.

To delete only a category of data while keeping your account, use the Delete All controls in Privacy settings instead.

Removal timing and retained data

Our Privacy Policy says we initiate permanent removal of personal data within 30 days of account deletion, and backup copies are purged within 90 days. These are the policy timeframes, not a waiting period or a promise that every copy disappears immediately after confirmation.

Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement; the policy does not specify a retention period for that non-personal data. Backups may contain deleted personal data until they are purged within the period above.

While an account remains open, the plain-language policy lists automatic retention periods of 2 years for raw connected-health data, 5 years for daily health summaries and 7 years for crisis records. These are not exceptions that keep those account-linked records after account deletion. Other account data is kept until you delete it or your account.

Subscriptions and uninstalling

Subscriptions purchased on our website are cancelled as part of account deletion. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately to stop store billing:

  • Google Play: open Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select your subscription → Cancel subscription.
  • Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select your subscription → Cancel Subscription.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, erase server-stored data or cancel a subscription. If you only uninstall, use the website or email option to request account deletion.
