This page explains what CoreForge Mind is for, where its exercises and lessons come from, how they are checked before you see them, and what to do if something looks wrong.
What CoreForge Mind is, and isn’t
CoreForge Mind is a wellbeing companion: a place to check in with your mood, journal, try short exercises, build routines and talk things through with an AI coach.
- It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
- The AI coach is not a clinician. Its replies are not medical advice.
- It is not for emergencies and is not monitored in real time.
- It doesn’t replace your doctor or other professional support. Please don’t delay or stop professional care because of something you read here.

Where our content comes from
Our exercises and lessons draw on established, widely used wellbeing techniques, written in plain language for everyday use. These include:
- CBT-informed exercises, such as noticing and reframing unhelpful thoughts
- Mindfulness, breathing and grounding practices
- Sleep hygiene and steady daily routines
- Journaling, gratitude and reflection prompts
- Gentle movement, habit building and self-care planning
Using a technique’s name tells you where an idea comes from. It does not mean the app delivers that therapy, and we don’t promise any particular result. Many people find these practices helpful; how they feel for you may differ.
How content is reviewed
- New programs are written as drafts and stay hidden from everyone until a reviewer with a qualification suited to the topic has reviewed them and that review is recorded, with the reviewer’s role, the review date and the sources checked.
- Specialist topics (menopause, pregnancy and postpartum, chronic conditions, pelvic health and fertility) are always hidden until such a review is recorded.
- Older content that hasn’t had a recorded review yet stays available and says so in its “About this content” panel: “Not yet reviewed by a qualified professional”.
- We scan the app and website wording for medical or outcome claims and rewrite anything that promises more than a wellbeing tool should.
How the AI coach is tested
- The coach follows written safety instructions: when someone may be at risk it points to crisis lines and professional help, and it avoids medical claims, diagnoses and medication advice.
- Our release checklist for changes to the coach’s model, instructions or safety handling requires testing against a set of synthetic (made-up) conversations, including crisis, medical, privacy and fairness scenarios. No real user conversations are used for this.
- Automated checks look for missing crisis resources, missing referrals and medical claims. The checklist also requires a person to read the replies to risk scenarios.
- These tests look for safety problems and regressions. They are not a clinical study and don’t show that the coach improves anyone’s health.
Limitations
- AI can be wrong, miss context or misunderstand you. Use your own judgement.
- Content is general. It isn’t tailored to your health history and may not suit everyone.
- Not every piece of content has had a recorded professional review yet.
- Mood scores, insights and check-in summaries reflect what you entered. They are not assessments or diagnoses.
How to report a concern
If a lesson, exercise or coach reply seems wrong, unsafe or unhelpful, please tell us.
- In the app or on the website, open Settings, then Contact support, and choose “Broken content”, “Coach response” or “Urgent product-safety concern”. You review exactly what is sent first.
- Or email support@coreforgemind.com.
Support is not a crisis service and isn’t monitored around the clock. If you need help now, use the lines above.
